Adjunctive Cancer Care
I am no longer practicing at The Hernandez Center for Adjunctive Cancer Care, due to scheduling conflicts.
I strongly recommend The Hernandez Center for Adjunctive Cancer Care, they are a group of caring and compassionate individuals working collectively on behalf of people who have been diagnosed with cancer. The center offers a wide range of supplementary options to help reduce side effects of cancer treatments, maintain quality of life while receiving cancer treatment, assist with post-treatment recovery, and much more.
After diagnosis by an Oncologist, the adjunctive care process begins with an office visit with one of the Naturopathic Doctors, where an individual holistic plan is determined. "A Hernandez Center treatment program may include IV therapy, oral nutrient protocols, detoxification, dietary and lifestyle modification, mind/body therapies, bodywork and other therapies that support the body’s normal metabolic processes and provide relief from the stress of a chronic illness."

Mind-Body Practices - Hypnotherapy and EFT
I still offer hypnotherapy and energy therapy sessions for clients who have been diagnosed with cancer. After living with my sister and friend, who experienced cancer for over ten years, I have some understanding of what cancer patients go through, and I am honored to offer support and relief for those undergoing cancer treatment.
Cancer patients are often under a great deal of stress, which can potentially lead to anxiety or depression. A diagnosis of cancer can bring up a variety of fears, including fears about death, finances, and how family and friends will cope with the illness. Hypnotherapy, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and relaxation tools can provide relief from fear and stress, and ultimately strengthen the immune system.
A hypnotherapy and energy therapy session can also provide an opportunity for clients to free themselves from limiting beliefs and long-held patterns that are no longer serving them, providing another opportunity to support healing.
Those who are undergoing cancer treatment may require support with nausea, pain management, fatigue, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, and side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Some may also be faced with having to quit smoking or lose weight as a result of the diagnosis.
Hypnotherapy and EFT can improve the client's ability to cope with these potential issues, reduce the negative side effects, increase belief in treatments, and improve a person's future outlook and overall wellbeing.
